How JWH handles audit requests and website information.
Audit requests
The Free Visibility Audit form collects your name, business, website, email, service area, main service, and optional comments so JWH can review your request and contact you about your audit. Do not submit confidential client information, passwords, or sensitive personal information.
Service providers
Form submissions are processed by Formspree so JWH can receive and respond to your request. The website is hosted on Netlify. Hosting and form providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate their services and help prevent abuse. JWH has not added analytics, advertising pixels, or marketing cookies. Your motion preference is stored only in this browser session. Submitting an audit request does not enroll you in a marketing list.

Contact jackson@jwhvisibility.com to ask about your information or request correction or deletion. You can also ask how long your request will be retained and which information JWH holds about you.
Service terms
Monthly services are intended to be month-to-month, with cancellation before the next renewal and no long-term commitment. The written service agreement defines the scope, payment, cancellation, and handoff terms. Search rankings, AI recommendations, leads, and revenue are not guaranteed.
